Good luck at his new BIG school. We are so proud of you and if you can't tell Callen was sure happy Matt was going to Big school....althoug Callen did let him know he was not ready to go to BIG BIG school he wanted to stay at HIS school!!!

She is ALWAYS this happy......

It seems like I get asked all the time about Paisley.......the two biggest questions start with her cheeks and how much she weighs and the next.....IS SHE ALWAYS THAT HAPPY.....the answer is YES unless the is hungry or needs a diaper change or has a tummy aches she is ALWAYS a smiling little roll of yumminess!!!!

We are leaving.....

In the morning for some of this......mainly Mimi and Pappy's water as Callen tells me in his most serious voice! You can tell he enjoyed it so much last time that it left a definate impression on his HEART......although he did call Bebe and ask her to lunch tomorrow as well he still wants Pappy and Mimi's water!

Big Bows make the world go round....

I know Big 'ole bows arent up everyones alley....but this mom and daughter team LOVES them. To be honest there isnt a day yet that she has left the house wiht out a big bow.......It just adds to those cute chubby cheeks....Mmmmmm

I had super fun at your house.....Nay let me throw the ball inside, and make a nice mess of the playroom.

However I do want you to know- I took my shoes off, helped clean up and was on my best behavior!

Oh yeah- Nay also gave me RED drink....that I drank on your white carpet...but as you can tell I was saying YEAH because I didnt make a mess and knew it would make you super happy..... (p.s.- get ready for the d ay you have kids because BIG 'ole messes are a part of the package)

Road Trip...

Me and the kids decided to take a little road trip the other day for a slumber party.....let's just say that crazy boy of mine was in heaven!!! and that precious gilr was all smiles...

We loved visiting Aunt Lindsay and as you can tell by the picture Callen kept her rather busy playing ball and puzzles and chase....oh and dont forget playing in the sprinklers ever since he was little bitty he and aunt Lindsay ALWAYS play in sprinklers about 2 seconds after walking in the door.

(By the way looks like mom needs to find little bit some BIGGER clothes)-my sweet chunky monkey

Indian Kick-off

Well last Thursday me and the kiddos decided we would venture up to the Hill for a little football action. As you can tell someone was studying the players very hard.....we cannot wait for all the action to begin.

Oh CrAzY CaLlEn....

Oh my sweet and crazy boy. You too are growing right before my very eyes. You are getting to be so big and independent and I love to watch you interact with others. These last two weeks have been amazing for me as a mom. I have gotten to spend countless hours with just you and your sister and it makes me feel so full inside that I just burst at the seems. It also saddens me when I see families struggle and face hardships. I truly hope that you and your sister know that we would do anything in our power for the two of you. And as I continue to shelter your from the storms and raging waters of life I hope you know what your daddy and I do we do because we love you both to the moon and back.

Grow into a strong young man.....keep that will that you have and know there will always be someone standing behind you supporting you! I am so proud of you. You are almost potty trained and just last night at Matthew and Holly's you showed how independent you are coming. You now count to 10 and love to do it over and over again. You are excelling in school and learning so many new things and for that we are so proud of you. And as you grow I hold our precious memories dear in my heart! My little snuggle bug!

She still amazes me.....

From this to this....this sweet little girl just amazes me daily. ANd what a blessing she is ALWAYS happy, always chatting and always watching her sweet BIG brother.

Oh Paisley there arent just enough words to describe what having you in our lives has done for us as a family of 4 now. You were definately a missing link and I know we all are enjoying every second with you. You are truly an amazing blessing in our lives from the minute you arrived until now you have brought us nothing but happiness.....those sweet first cry's still echo in my ear and that was the sound and calming I needed to know you were in God's hands and everything was going to be all right! And as tiny as you once were I must admit you are filling out so nicely....sweet sweet girl- I cherish the moments and only hope you know how special and loved you are.

I have to GASP....

With a heavy heart this morning I dropped Paisley off for her first official day of daycare. My heart has been heavy all day long just thinking about that sweet angel and missing her! I know she is in great hands but I just want to smell her sweet breath and cuddle with her because time is passing so quickly. The next two weeks she will be going on Tuesday and Thursday and then September 1st we start full-time.......WOW time flies when you are enjoying it and I have truely enjoyed every second of this sweet sweet baby. The biggest thing I have learned is dont take a second for granted and enjoy the moments...

Hope you are having a great day sweet baby and I know Miss Gina is taking extra special care of you.

CARS....

Let's just say we all had a blast while this cute little guy turned the BIG #4.........

The start of a FUN weekend

We started off the weekend Friday at my boss's new hangout.... THE BARN is the coolest thing around and me and the kids really enjoyed starting the weekend off on the right foot!!

As you can tell Callen made new friends with Major and Paisley had some good girl talk with Aunt Lindsay!!

And as ALWAYS there is never a tractor to far from my sweet little boys hands!!!

We are under CONTRACT....

It is official we have a contract on the new house and there isnt one part of me that hesitates.....I havent been this excited about a house in a LONG time. It is beautiful, it has charm and class and so many possibilities. Dont get me wrong it also equals lots of work......but isnt that just what I LOVE to do---now there are a few little wrinkles in the plan like hmmm selling our current BIG brick beauty but I have faith!

She is officially 3 months.....

Oh my oh my...it is hard to believe this sweet girl of mine is 3 months. There has been so much that has gone on in these three months. So you might find yourself asking what is Paisley doing at 3 months....well.....

1. She is weighing in at just about 10 lbs.

2. She is wearing size 1-2 diapers

3. She is the smiliest baby you have ever seen

4. She loves to coo and be talked to in the softest soothing voice you have. This girl is NOT a fan of a harsh voice

5. She is wearing size 0-3 months or 3 months clothing

6. She is waking up about 3 times a night

7. She is eating 4 oz every 2.5 hours YIKES

8. She has the cutest chubby rolls you have ever seen

9. She has stunning BIG blue eyes that melt our hearts daily

10. She loves her brother like you wouldnt believe

11. SHe is the most laid back baby and such the trooper

Oh my list could go on and on and on.....SWEET SWEET BABY we LOVE you!!!

The two most important things......

We made our mark DADDY....and we had a blast doing it! This year we will claim the cotton...or should I say the kids will and that leaves us (daddy and I ) the pitiful corn....lucky kids

This is my new tradition----marking the cotton with the kids names....remember from last year?

This kid just kills me and just to let you all know he has got a new best friend...look close real close.....Greg has been shunned for leaving him for the month and replaced by Aunt Lindsay who after last night has to be one tired lady!

I CAN do it.....

Despite what some people think....I can take my two children for an outing for the day ALONE....See daddy we made it home safe and sound and mommy still had hair!

We had a wonderful productive trip to Sam's....Paisley rode on the oodles of water and as you can tell Callen held his fair share of goodies!!!
