Paige's Wedding

We had a fabulous time at cousing Paige's wedding..... It is so fun to see all the kids together running around and really enjoying themselves. To me it is one of those friendly reminders of what makes this world so special--- These girls are the BEST of FRIENDS and I cannot wait to watch them all grow together over the years!

Let me introduce them to you since it has been soooo incredibly longs since I have blogged. From let to right you have Miss Madi-- she has a attidue all her own and she will never let anyone bully her around. Next, you have Sweet Paisley or is it Sassy Paisley-- watch out this girl knows what she wants and she knows which facial expression is going to get it for her... never a dull moment. Finally you have Move-over Mackenzie-- she is the toughest of little kids you will ever meet she is a momma loving little girl with bones of steel. Callen ask me regularly HOW IS SHE SOOO TOUGH?

These girls are very similar to the 3 stooges hmmm wonder if we could do a femail re-make

Loving her....

Never gets old..... she is something sweet and sassy all rolled into one and I am proud to be her momma

1st running of the G for Callen

Remember me saying we go to a SMALL school where elementry, junior and the high school are all combined. Well the BIGGEST perk is when it is football friday they all attend the pep ralley, they all know where the football game is and they ALL support the indians.
As Callen linned up for the 1st time to run through the teepee I have to tell you I was so excited for him. This is a BIG step for my shy little guy and he too was full of excitement.

Out they all run in a full sprint.... they are there to support the indians, the high fives from the team-mates to the little kids, the cheers from the stands. A reason to Thank GOD for putting me in the right little small town that my sweet family can be raised....

Kelsey's Wedding Shower

What a wonderful was to spend a Saturday morning.... celebrating Uncle Chad and Kelsey's upcoming wedding!!!
There were sweet little visitors, wild crazy visitors ( my kids ) and lots of people in between!
My sweet boy was quite the helper making sure he gave Kelsey the BIGGEST presents 1st ;)
He also enjoyed a nice game of tug of war with the littlest of the boys Braxton.... of course I have a feeling he wont be little for long and soon will give his BIG cousins a run for there money ;)
Sweet little Claire all dressed in pink.... she was snoozing but couldnt you just KISS thoose cheeks!
Little Caroline... made sure she was watching the action from a distance... it was busy kids all around her
The couple and the hostesses-- pretty looking group

1st Day of KINDERGARTEN

Let me apologize for the crooked pictures for some reason it is uploading them sideways ;)
Ahhh the 1st day of kindergarten.. what a BIG day for Callen and mommy ;) I will tell you I was anxious, nervous, excited, scared and ready for this new adventure. I thank the man upstairs everyday that he let me be the mommy to Callen and to see his many 1st. I know the feeling I had were many of the same that Callen was having hard to believe 5 years has flown by and we are starting kindergarten!
We decided that morning to walk to school with our sweet buddy Luke G. it was a beautiful day for a walk... dont they look sooooo BIG!!

Welcome boys to Ganado Elementry..... we are so excited about your new adventure. For those of you t hat dont know Callen attends a very very small school~ one where the elementry, jr and high schools are all in one. They share the same gym, the same cafeteria alot of the same teachers and EVERYBODY  knows you by your name ;) While I know he isnt going to the biggest or greatest school around I also love having peace of mind that we attend school with such a close nit group of friends, family and people that we know and see in our daily lives. I also love knowing that nothing in his life will ever be a secret~ shhhh dont tell Callen because when he is 16 and a little trouble maker his momma is gonna know ;)
His 1st school breakfast.... he wanted to try breakfast but bring his lunch.... pretty easy request right? Well not for the pickiest eater around ;)
Off we go to you classroom... full of excitement and wonder
Meet Mrs. Silliman she is wonderful.... we are blessed to have her and the coolest thing about it is she was Uncle Greg and Uncle Matts kindergarten teachers. I hope she can handle having 3 Hajovsky boys ;)

As you can tell the 1st day was great- the excitement and the fun has just begun and we are blessed beyond measure to share it with a wonderful teacher and classmates!

I am NOT giving up.....

Please dont give up on me... and my blog! We all have faults and shamefully this blog has always been one of my guilty pleasures but in the past month I find that I have been so busy (yes we all are). I just ask you remember I am a full-time mom, have a full-time job, my oldest has recently started kindergarten which has thrown us into a crazy nightly schedule considering we dont get home until 6 and I have them faithfully asleep by 8:30...... As much as I LOVE this guilty pleasure and keeping track on my sweet babies I also have to be reminded that at the end of the day all that matters is raising my kids and this last month that has been my focus. Yes I put crazy stuff in the mix of life~ birthday parties, weddings, weekends of visiting, helping friends move-- see you get the picture. So are you asking what is the point well the GOOD news is there will be an update a day until I am caught up..... yes I have post upon post I am working on hard fast and STEADY!!!!

Just one of those DAYS ~ {Crazy Hair Day}

It was another FUN morning in the Hajovsky house... of course we got to add a little spice to our life. See there is one thing in our little bitty town, with our little bitty school that we get to celebrate. Because in this little bitty school it is grades k-12 so that means we get to join in on the HOMECOMING festivities.

This week is full of something FUN each day!

Today was CrAzY hAiR and let me tell you we loved heading to Luke's to get dressed. I would however say it was probably a good thing the daddy's werent around. Even the sassy sister wanted to play of course I didnt have her color choice of pink and purple but she with a smile accepted BLUE

Wake Up- 1st day of School 2012

It was a BIG 1st at the Hajovsky House-- I think I was more excited then my BIG kindergartner. I felt like I was up half the night preparing for the big day!

First t hings first they needed some supplies for homework and projects at home.

Good morning sweet littles I hope you have a fabulous 2012 School Year!

It's all about the Journey

The last week has been and incredible journey getting to see my little guy start Kindergarten, take his 1st bus ride, go to his 1st pep rally, eat his 1st breakfast in the cafeteria...ahh it has been endless 1st. Well this week he had another 1st. He is going to be attending afterschool care mommy is getting the details down pat and today he was a car rider (ANOTHER FIRST) it is all exciting.

Of course he was a little overwhelmed this morning at the change but I do think he will fall in perfectly to it all. I will post a picture next week as he begins that journey for now this week he is a car rider with some friends who are keeping my littles this week when I leave to go out of town.... EXCITING times!!

I just couldnt resist posting this picture from his 1st ride on the bus and I am forever gratful he was able to ride it because he had asked ever since he was a little baby to ride the bus and as we always told him "if you live close enough to see the buses leave the bus barn then you cant ride the bus home". Sweet boy I hope you enjoy your journey and endless 1st.

Special Moments

The other weekend me and the littles left cousin Paige's shower early to go see Grampy who wasnt feeling well then head to a birthday party. As you can see they LOVE going to visit and tell Grampy all about the upcoming things in their lives this was 2 days prior to school starting and Mr. Callen was SUPER excited.

We are blessed to get to spend time with Grampy in his home and I know all the little ones enjoy being able to shake his hand, draw him and picture and visit!

Meet the Teacher Kindergarten 2012

A week ago yesterday we went to meet our Kindergarten teacher. Let me tell you the excitment had been building. She is sweet, she is talkative, she is funny and the best thing is she is a perfect fit for Callen. As Callen said he is "one lucky dude". It is also pretty neat looking back that Callen's Uncle Greg and Uncle Matt both had her as a kindergarten teacher.

I can tell you this is one of the most exciting journeys we have begun...excitement fills the air and Callen was ready to start. See his sweet buddy Luke Green lets jsut say we are blessed to have him in the neighborhood....more to follow soon on our 1st day, school breakfast and all the fun between.

Best of Luck Callen on your journeys ahead & Mrs. Silliman I HOPE you are ready for another Hajovsky!

If words could explain....

It is funny how God has the perfect timing and he knows just what he is doing when he places children in your lap. Paisley is one of a kind and the PERFECT little fit to our family, she is the funny to mommies seriousness, she is the smile to my frown, she is the spunk when I am spunkless and she is tough when I am weak! This week I have tried to take in all my children are saying and doing because I fear that one day I will have missed it and not savored the moment. Last night I listened to her tell her daddy that her hair is getting LONG and just to give it a little more time and I also listened to her explain how she is BIG but still little and our baby. I know this week her heart is aching she is missing HER BEST FRIEND... she is sad and confused but I also know she is growing and in her own way she is molding into something marvelous.

I love that she loves me and trust me she will point blank tell her daddy that mommy gets ALL her kisses then she will squeeze my face and give me every kiss in her being. I also love that when her world is turned upside down her brother can calm her like no other. I think in family alot is taken for granted on just how much they are wanted and needed but my biggest HOPE is that these 2 never stop caring and loving eachother through thick and THIN. And I pray that she carries forth with her the love and compassion that others can see and feel. I am blessed to be this girls momma and ever so thankful for the man upstairs choosing us to be her family. Paisley Emersyn never stop doing what your doing OR being who you are because there is no doubt you are a one of a kind!

5 Silly Monkeys

Last Sunday we went to visit the sweetest friends of ours that live near San Antonio.... I can tell you 2 things
1... we always leave laughing
2.... she has the 2 now 3 cutest boys around

oh and per my kids
3.... the coolest fort EVER (and there daddy & mommy built it)
We traveled to meet baby Rex... let me tell you he is the cutest chunky monkey I have ever seen... and just chilled and layed back- I know one thing Randy and Staci are soooo lucky as they have 3 beautiful boys and one fun filled household that will never be dull. Staci is the best boy mom ever you should see her boys rooms, not to mention the construction artillery in there garage!! And Randy well he has always been layed back and hands on-- a good get down and dirty dad ( of course on our visit he stayed pretty clean but I guess our boys had eachother to get down and dirty with). BTW Staci is we ever ever move closer together I hope our husbands a prepared because we would soooo be in trouble not for shopping but for chatting and agreeing way to much!!
We celebrated 4 birthdays as we had missed eachothers parties so guess what we made a party of our own!!! And it was fun times for all even baby Rex who some how didnt make this picture!
3 monkeys acting silly...... never once did I hear a complaint out of there mouths.. precious boys who know how to play!
And there always has to be a princess in the groupd but no worries she knows how to self entertain!! and bother the boys
Randy and Staci thank you for the most relaxing and FUN afternoon we have had in a while... lets just say it was just what we needed a day trip get a way!! Thanks again and we look forward to celebrating Rax's baptism!!

The end of YMCA baseball

IT is funny how when one book closes another opens. I am seeing that happening frequently these days. Callen has grown an learned so much. The other night at the end of his last game at the YMCA I realized this upcoming year he will be in little league and before i know it highschool ball. WOW time is flying fast...

We had a wonderful season the best yet. What more could a boy ask for-- great friends, wonderful team-mates, loads of parents that love each and every player, and most importantly another year to grow and learn! As each memory closes another opens!!

One week.... and WHO is counting?

Well it is official as I sent a sweet friend a message last night... It was the last Sunday I would tuck Callen in kiss him goodnight before KINDER... hard to imagine this coming Sunday when he awakes he will awake to a whole new world. I am so anxoius and excited for him all wrapped into one ball of nerves. I too am saddened that Wednesday will be his last day at Aunt Susi's. He will leave her and start his next adventure. I am also saddened because he will be leaving behind his sister whom has already started saying " I think I am going to go to BIG school with Callen"...sweet girl if it was only that easy.

So Thursday morning when we awake I am turning off my phone and going to spend 2 days just me and my boy....what will we do? Whatever his heart desires (and it looks like he has our Thursday planned out or should I say momma has a little surprise up her sleeve!!

Ready or not the Kindergarten count down is beginning!!!

7 DAYS and COUNTING......
but who is counting right?

Tiny Dancer

Last night Paisley started dance for her second year let me tell you this year was a complete 360 from last year. Of course I am sure her asking ALL summer for dance was a hint at how the evening was going to go.

Last year we walked into the unbknown and she shed tears several times before being 100% comfortable well this year it was a different story. She went straight in sat down and was ready to go. Callen and I watched them stretch and then off she went. I must say it was a super proud mom moment. Of course we had to leave 10 minute early because brother had baseball and it was in Ganado. The entire way she told me "MOM I wanted to stay for ALL of it!!! and I mean all of it!!" Bless her little heart it wasnt long enough we have decided or should I say she has decided that she will be taking TUMBLE as well ;)

Shamefully mommy didnt get any pictures because the princess saw "no" and I wasnt going to push the envelope!!! hahahaha

We are excited to start the year lets just see how she does dancing and tumbling from 5:30 to 7:30

Lemonade & Popcorn 2012

Hard to believe the 2012 Lemonade and Popcorn stand came and went it seems like just yesterday they were romping around at the one last year. A big thank you to Aunt Kim and Kayden and Pappy and Mimi for the support. I know while Pappy and Mimi missed the stand by a few minutes the kids were estatic to have you drop by. Of course they were super surprised to have Kim and Kayden come for a visit and some playtime!!! I think you can tell these 2 were super proud to serve there special friends and family that came for the fundraiser. This is my littles 1 time a year fundraiser (this will be changing as I know in Kinder Callen will have others) however they were so excited. We passed out our invites earlier that week sending via text and making hand deliveries to make sure everyone was invited!! That morning we dressed in our red shirt friday attire and were out the door.
Each one of the kids served lemonade and popcorn with a BIG grin on their face.... Miss Christy came from the office and even beat Mommy there. I brought Peyton and Reagan as well as their mommy for a surprise as they will be joining the kids and attending Aunt Susi's come this Thursday and I know Paisley is super excited as well as Callen who will still have a few weeks to share in on fun memories with them.

Thank you kiddos for the memories FUN and laughter as it was the perfect ending to the week..... I must say these kids all love eachother so much and it is so fun to see them all grow together!! Another GREAT Aunt Susi memory!!!

Blink....

You know the old saying blink and you'll miss it... well I THINK I can see how easy that happens. My little sassy P is no longer a baby nor a toddler. She is a very outspoken 3 year old who most definately beats to her own drum. And where to start on my 5 year old... really 5 years flew by and we are knocking on the door to kinder. I will say he is my little nuturer cares for everyone, worries, thinks ahead and plans and can remember and keep a schedule in his head for days!!! I always say when cann is around I dont need a schedule because I tell it to him one time and he remembers it PERFECTLY. Prime example this weekend we pull into Austin (he wants to get school shoes ) I say ok lets make 2 stops then lunch then we will get shoes... at each store he gentle reminds us one one more then lunch.... trust me he can keep you in LINE.

So like I mentioned we got school shoes this weekend well I ALWAYS let Callen choose... of course I quickly noticed him mgoing back and forth. Little did I realize his brain was hard at work. He really wanted the tie shoes but he was worried he wouldnt be able to tie them and was insistant he would only get them for school if he could tie them.... at the end of the decision process he got the tie shoes and from Saturday on he has been tying and un tying and practicing and learning 2 different ways to tie.... He almost has it 100% and I couldnt be more proud because he sets a plan puts it into action and accomplished it. Of course durning the process Paisley quickly reminds us she will never need to know how to tie shoes because she will always wear TOMS.... ahhh that girl happy go lucky. Between you readers and myself I have noticed that she is starting to tell me she is going to BIG school I think reality of not having her Callen is setting in because lets face it these two are the best of buds... I assured her she will be just fine and that she too will be the BIG kid and will see Callen everyday after school.

Let me tell you these moments are precious to me and I can see how fast they slip away trust me when I say I dont want to miss a THING!!!!

7 on 7 FOOTBALL

We had the pleasure of going to watch my little brother play 7 on 7... it was GREAT. Of course I quickly learned that Callen was a bit bummed that Uncle Blaine didnt play with him the ENTIRE time ;)

Pretty cute kid if I must say so myself.... thanks for inviting us we had a GREAT time. Not to mention WOWZER College Station has changed!!! (shhh hope to see Uncle Blaine going there soon)
