Brewing up something special---

These days I seem to do ANYTHING to avoid the packing and moving that is facing me front and center!! I have been painting, I have been crafting, I have been blinging up some special items for some special babies--- so as you can tell ANYTHING to keep me from packing keeps me busy is a big plus!! This is a sneak peek at a creation that is in the process of being put to life. I must admit I cannot wait to see this almost year long dream come true--here is a sneaky peek!!

I would give you some more sneaky peeks however the camera is MIA I am guessing a BIG box gobbled him up--

Baby's got a new LOOK!!

I have to admit I couldnt resist-- with all our big bows packed up and oly one small flower looming I DID IT-- I put her hair into its 1st ever ity bitty pony. She looke ADORABLE although we still heart the bigger bows it was fun to see her hair up for the 1st time. Daddy said I gave her a Alfa Alfa do--

She was quite the sport in getting her hair done as much as she hates to get dressed I figured this was going to be a test but I think she realizes the price you pay to look cute--hehehehe

Now I better head to beauty school because hair 101 has never been one of those things this momma has down-- and I dont have a picture but the dude wanted spikes like his cupcakes so Saturday on our way to the zoo he got spikes it was MIGHTY cute as well!!

Were BACK!!!

I have been getting hate mail, and phone calls because we have been MIA so with out further ado we are BACK in big bad Hajovsky Style--

We are still covered in boxes and we are gearing up for the big move to our sweet little rent house. Callen is the most excited, sissy has no idea what is going on other then thinking she lives amungst towers of boxes and me and Chris are doing our best to keep things moving along and trying to stay NORMAL (not sure if that is possible but it is our goal).
Callen is growing by leaps and bounds and everything that comes out of his sweet little mouth will just amaze you-- he is still my strong willed kiddo and the one who keeps me on my toes but he is 3 and I have to remind myslef of that!!
Paisley is growing faster then I can take it all in-- she is still a shorty but she is a climber and anyting she wants she goes after. She is talking more...Mama, buba, baba and byebuh are the words we hear the most. She is cute and charming and loves to love her brother. And let me tell you I dont think there is a HAPPIER soul alive!!
This week my goal is to keep this sweet blog that I love dearly up and rolling so get ready it is gonna be a FULL week
EASTER BLESSINGS FOR ALL!!!

Moving---

Well I have been MIA and trust me when I say it is NOT by choice-- however as many of you know we are moving!! I am up to my eyeballs in boxes, affraid they will tumble at any time onto my babies heads.....my sweet little ones are missing there toys, there belongings and there space. But no worries I am coming back and will play a mean round of catch up-SOON!! Till then I will try and wrangle the boxes and hope the hubs leaves them where they are placed because many are to not be unpacked and some are labeled for new homes and some are for donation....and maybe just maybe there is a big enough one I can crawl into and label for vacation---wonder how long it would take them to find me?

My Dear Callen,

You turned three today and while I anticipate the years to come part of my heart breaks to see the years past and you grow sooo very fast before my eyes. I am still not quite sure how it happened. It is hard to pinpoint the exact moment you went from my little baby to the strong-willed, funny little boy you are today but along some point it happened and while I still linger for my sweet cuddle new bundle of joy I also long for the years when I can watch you swing at your 1st baseball, catch your first touch down, break some sweet girls heart and all the array of things yet to come.

It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms at the hospital seeing you for the 1st time. It was so surreal. You were so perfect with that sweet round little head of dark hair and I couldn't believe you were mine. My heart had never felt so full of love in all my 25 years. You woke up today with a smile on your face letting us know that today you only had 3 year old kisses no more 2's little did you know when you were fast asleep the last night of you being 2 I took in every sweet aspect of your 2 year old body...your sweet finger and toes and your precious button nose, you new haircut, you belly so full, and you eyes the twitched while you slept. While you are my strong willed little man and you can test me to the brink you are also the most sensitive caring young boy a mommy could ask for. Today when you woke up you wanted sissy and she was the 1st one who you wanted to tell you were 3 and that melted my heart to see you share your joy with her. Your love for her is uncountable and I cannot wait to see it grow although I know you will have your differences I know you two will stand united together. I am so proud of the little man you are becoming. I don't think I will ever be able to tell you that enough. Sometimes, I look at you and your sweet little face and it brings tears to my eyes I am so proud of you. You are polite, inquisitive, funny, and often a little stubborn. You push the boundaries and that is putting it nicely. You need me mommy to kiss you if you get hurt and you need hugs for support and you need me every morning like a little duckling headed for your 1st swim--it is just your nature to need that extra push and attention when you wake up. You share your toys with your baby sister although tractors are still a little tough to get you to share. You keep me honest and you keep me humble. Most of all, you keep me smiling.

I hope you had an amazing birthday. You ate waffles and bacon (per your request) for breakfast, and then we went to Nannies to help her do yard work with your new hoe and shovel and had a birthday lunch that consisted on Uncle Matt putting whipped cream on your nose. You spoke to all your Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents near and far and where quite the chatterbox it made me grin to see you sooo proud. Later that evening we took you to the lobster store for dinner and although they didn't have your macaroni you handled it like a champ and settled for chicken. You sat like a BIG boy the entire time only once getting up to give mommy a hug ( you must have known I needed one).We sang you happy birthday and for the 1st time in your 3 years you loved the song. You got your bike and candy and while you insisted you wanted nothing else you and daddy went and put you together a entire tool set of real tools ( lets hope our new walls can handle you). You are so appreciative and by far your bike reined the #1 gift. You reminded us you are having a party it will just be in the summer so you can swim and play outside. Your birthday will always be the best day ever to me. It was the day I became your Mommy. Tonight as we lay down for bed we snuggled and for once you wanted to lay by mommy you let me feel your "whiskers" (the short hair on your head). Today I watched you blossom and took in every second of my three year old. We welcomed the 1st day of Spring with joy, hope and laughter. I thank you for making me a mommy--as I reminisced the day you were born, the first sight of you, your smells, your quirks and you endless wonder I realized just how lucky I am to have you in my life!!

My wish for you is that you will continue to take on the world with the passion you show us daily, and that you will embrace adventures that comes your way and that you share all your sweet love with those around you. This mommy cannot wait to see what the future for you brings as there is no doubt in my heart you will move mountains and I will be right by your side taking it all in.

I Love you to the moon and back and all the stars in between sweet boy!!!

Last Day of a 2 year old----

Today is the last day my first born will ever be 2....my heart is aching because I watch him grow by leaps and bounds these days and while I know some of our best days are yet to come I also know that some of my most memorable days have passed. The memories this sweet boy has left in my heart are beyond words.....He is the one who made me a mommy and for that I am soooo grateful, he has taught me what real life is all about.
(on our way to school)

So today when I awoke him very early (6 and normally it is after 7) he awoke in a GREAT mood. And whispered the sweetest words.... "mommy give me sugars and hugs...watch my fingers and toes and don't forget my peepo (his belly button) because today is the last day they will be 2" this sweet boy has been listening to my heart this week because I have all week gotten as many sugars and kisses as I could because after tomorrow they are not 2 year old kisses they are 3 and for days I have been telling him that.

(proud little guy of his cupcakes)

(he wanted them to have spikey hair like him)

So while my heart is breaking I can happily say GOODBYE TERRIBLE 2'S

hello WILD AND CRAZY 3'S

hope my sweet boy has an amazing day at school today they celebrate him and at school turning 3 is a VERY VERY big deal it means you can play on the BIG playground and he is thrilled!!!

(my sweet boy-- man can you tell he got dropped off very early)

Yesterday.....

I had asked Callen what he learned at school and he immediately started "Spanish Class... uno, dos, tres..." all the way up to 10
Mommy and Uncle Matt couldnt have been more proud of the little dude...and FINALLY I realize he does oay attention in class. I think when he gets home he gets busy and off in his own world and tunes mommy and daddy out when it comes to letters and colors etc... but lately I have been trying to catch him when he is snacking or in a slower mode and I dot get correct answers and a little glimpse into his day!!
GOOD JOB CALLEN

Little Hands

These little hands are growing soooo fast it seems I cant keep up. However they have been bringing home the most wonderful goodies...This day those little hands were sharing rocks. 2 weekends ago I picked Callen up from school and he was sooo excited he couldnt get his little hands in his jackets fast enough to show me the goodies he had collected. It was at least a hundred little sticks all about the same size--- he informed me it was "candy" and he was so proud. When we got home he couldnt wait to share his candy goodies wiht everyone....His little imagination is priceless and his generosity and caring is beyond any words I can come up with. He is compasionate about what he does and yet there is a side of him that still needs nuturing and re-assurance (and I am ok with that). He is one little dude with a mind and an attitude all of his own and I am soooo glad to call him mine and while he is growing soooo fast I am enjoying being one of his favorite people because i know in due time he wont want ANYTHING to do with momma!! Till then thank you sweet boy for using those little hands to capture my heart--

The looking glass---

Here she sat for over and hour in awww and wonder. I wish I knew what was runnign through her precious little mind...was it her shadow, was it the puppies, was it the glistening water in the pool--- only she will know but it was utter pleasure to her as she was one happy and content little girl!!

From the inside looking out--

Someone spotted momma

But something better has her attention

And I cant blame her

She even shares her kisses with herself!!

The Balloon Man

As you all know we could not miss out on the balloon man when in Austin.....it is AMAZING to see these little kids balloon dreams come to life!! That day Callen was determined to get an "Emo" which is Elmo----the balloon man obliged!!! And we couldnt have been more happy!!

WHooooo Elmo is a GO!!!

Can you tell how excited he was!!!

He's coming to life!!!

Alas-- he is finish and FABULOUS!!! Thank you balloon man for making dreams come true!

Traditions

Do you ever wonder if TRADITIONS will take hold.....well let me be the 1st to tell you we have one EVERY-time we head to Austin. The Zilker Zephypr (aka the little train). We absolutely love having Pappy get up with us on Saturday morning and head for a train ride and endless hours (2.5) of playing on the swings, slides, firetruck (it is old and fantastic and was there when I was a little girl), the balloon man, and the musical istruments. We get into Austin and Callen is chomping at the bit for the train!!! lol

1st Stop- Train Station for tickets------

All Aboard!!!

I think the girl is enjoying her train ride as she was in som good snuggly arms!!

She was smitten and I cannot blame her!!

Once off the train ride we went to watch the swimmers swimming in Barton Creek...for those of you that dont know when it is 100degrees outside this water is freexing can you imagine at 55 degrees how cold it is CRAZY is you ask me!!!

She loved watching the swimmers!!!

Then off to the park we headed---

Weeeeee the slide!!!

She loved watching BIG brother---cant wait for the day I get to watch the 2 of them together--
