The sister.....

Sissy with 2 of her 3 bandaides still on!

We'll as Callen was helping me last night with sister...her noticed something. "Momma the sister has ouchie" yes Callen sissy got 3 shots today and one liquid shot in the mouth....."oh poor sissy'

Yes poor sissy...such a trooper although let me tell you my heart broke yesterday because she cried like I have NEVER heard before just gut wrenching!!! However by the time BIG brother was home she was ready for some action. So what better to do then for me and the kids to go for a walk in the WAGOn.....sissy loved the wagon just as much as Callen. I can tell you we will be doing it more often especially since fall is about to set in.

Some belly time for the girl....look how STRONG she is getting!

I thought I would NEVER....

Call me a BAD mom but I honestly thought I would NEVER let my kid play with messy stuff....even though I have bought it I just NEVER bring it out. But the other night I was feeling like a good mom and decided lets try play-dough. The little dude LOVED it. So now it is a nightly occurance to play play-dough. Last night he put tractors in the paly-dough (daddy wasnt impressed) and we cut it with play knife and spoon....so tonight I think I will need to get him some actual play-dough toys.

Kisses

"I Wish"
By Heaher Headley
I’d give you the moon, but you’d never know the warmth of the sunshine.I’d give you the world, but exactly what would that do?I’d promise you wings to fly, but how would you ever learn to run?So I wish you all you need,
to be more than I could be.This is what I wish for you.I wish you rainy days, so you can know the beauty of a clear blue sky.I wish you falling leaves, so you’ll understand the seasons change. And if I gave you the mountains, would you learn to climb?I pray you’ll always see; the forest through the trees. This is what I wish for you. This is what I wish for you.If I could I’d say the word and chase your fears away,And I’d stay right by your side and show the way you should take. But this your life, this is your story, and when all is done and said, you live with no regrets.I wish you ocean breeze, and rivers that can bring you everything you dream.I wish that the air you breathe, is all that you’ll ever need.I wish you nights of love, and days of joy and shoulders when you cry,And just enough hello's, to get you through goodbyes. This is what I wish for you.I pray one day you’ll have a home, with arms that open wide,And you have someone who loves you, always by your side. And if you lose your will to try, I wish you wings to fly.I wish you wings to fly.I wish you everything you need. And this is what I wish for you,And this is what I wish for you.

Callen's new favorite words....

Ok it is the cutest darn thing you have ever heard...but to see in in action is even cutier.

His new sayings when he needs more time

"one more thang momma" , or "five more minutes momma", or "one more minute mamma"

my favorite "one more THANG momma"....so when you think they dont know what 5 more minutes means think again because this kid uses them in PERFECT context!!!

my next goal is to get this one video along with his calling greg from his phone telling him to "come take care of you cows" or as of last night he would say "you got worms on your grass GRREEG!"

Pray for this family......

There are so many families that my heart breaks for and while we pray everynight for those we LOVE I know that there are many others needing prayers. So today take some time and pray for those you LOVE and those that need to be lifted up.

Pray for a father who brought his daughter home without his wife who lost her battle with breat cancer days after her baby girl was born, pray for a family who has lost there little girl 25 days before her 1st birthday after finding out 11 days before her passing that she had cancer, pray for those that are raising a baby with a heart condition that rears it ugly head...pray for those who are struggling!

The power of prayer is amazing let utilize it today..........

Striped Diva

Doesnt she look ADORABLE.....had to get a mommy shot because I was beginning to wonder if I would ever be in a picture again...lol (next time we need to get daddy to make his girl smile)

Happy happy happy in all her glory- rest assured this girl is something else when it comes to happy and layed back!

School...

Today is Grandparents day at school......and I know Callen was super excited althoug we tried our best to explain Mimi and Pappy and Bebe wouldnt be there he just didnt understand but he was excited he would get to show Nannie and Popo around. Although he cant wait to have Kayden come to his house......that is what he wanted to tell me this morning and that they are bringing him a tractor---FYI a surprise at our house normally means tractor altough I know seeing yall will be more exciting then a tractor because lord knows we have PLENTY that is just Callens way of thinking!

Our biggest task this morning was getting the boy dressed. All he wanted was baseball clothes which is the norm in our house but today I insisted he wear something I was calling baseball clothes (something a little nicer then a jersey--hmm takes after Uncle Blaine)----he is no dummy but fortunately for me I got him out of the house in semi-baseball clothes and even got a big ol cheeeeesssseee along the way.

Something YUMMY is in the air....

Ahhhh what a glorious 2 days it has been. Something about fall that can just seem to life around. I dont know if it is the cool crisp air, the trees whistling in the wind or just the seasons changing. Either way it has taken us from sunbathing outside to romping around in the cool evening breeze. Last night as Callen and I played chase and we watched daddy and sissy from the front window something just felt right. Right about our choice to stay in our BIG brick beauty in town that sits on just over 6 acres (and that is a first in quite sometime), right about our family of 4, right about decisions we are making and most importantly right for our children. While the comforts of town dont always settle well with me last night it seemed to feel like home and it was just the feeling I was needing. I can now see us where we are for quite a while and while we prepare some our land across from our house to one day hold a home that we build I know we are right where we need to be.

As the skies drew darker last night, the chill started to settle in, the neigbors smoke from there grilling puffed over the fence and the echo of children's happy squells filled out yard we knew it is right! Something magical about this season.......maybe it is the two kids that fill my life with so much joy, maybe it is the hard working dedicated husband I have or maybe it is a mix.....either way WELCOME FALL!!!

This says it all......

Found this quote this morning and it says it all..... isnt this what families are all about..... sometimes we get a tad off track but in the end family is all that matters!

Our family is a circle of strength and love, with every birth and every union, the circle will grow, every joy shared adds more love, every crisis faced together, makes the circle stronger

GRANDPARENT'S DAY

No we didnt forget although our Grandparent's may have been thinking we did.....but with a house FULL of sickies we just were unable to celebrate in the right way...... but know you havent been forgotten and something special is headed ALL our Grandparents way.

I know Callen has been working on something special in his Toddler Christian Class for Nannie and Popo since they will be able to attend on the 25th.....Mimi, Pappy and Bebe he is making something for yall as well but since it is silly for you to come 3 hours for 30 minutes at school we will either bring you your goodies or send them via the MAIL system. So look out because we will be celebrating GRANDPARENT'S DAY just a little after the fact!

Just when I am starting to feel like we are on the right track....

It seems like there are days I wonder if my sweet family will ever be on the right track again.....today I woke up in the best of spirits only to have them come tumbling back down. Seems like a never ending circus ride. One where you want to jump off and hold your little ones just a tad closer. It is unfortunate that Paisley was born early and it is a blessing to say the least that she seems to be thriving as I know the outcome could have been much worse then anything we are facing.
~Please pray for all the babies in the Nicu as well as thier parents and providers. ~
Ok back to my journeling.......
However with premature babies there are lots of follow up, lots of test, and lots this mommy has never have to deal with. This is a new learning curve for me and while I try and take it with stride it still tends to some how knock me down. It gives me a feeling that I failed that precious baby by not being able to let her grow just a few more weeks if not months before she was born.....however things happen and I have to eventually learn to let those feelings go but it is days like today that a nurse will call and my breathe gets taken away....the wind is out of my sails and while we will be OK (I know in my heart of hearts) and it is not life or death it is still hard to have someone you love to the moon and back have any kind of struggles. Sweet girl know as your daddy and I decide what is best for you and what is our next plan of action~ in everything we do and every doctor we consult there is NOT an ounce of us that doesn't feel for you with each prick of a shot or test that you receive and each breathe you take....WE LOVE YOU BABY GIRL and are so glad you are in our arms!!! And while this seems to be a bumpy ride we are on-we are in it together as a family of 4 and will always be your biggest supporters!

I know I sound like a broken record......

I know this seems to be the topic quite often this last month....however I think I am the only one who is sooooo excited that my little dude is potty trained. I am just AMAZED at how well he has done! Keep in mind Callen is the one who insisted on wearing big boy undies and making this transition all on his own. And while I probably fell short of my job as a mother because I didnt read him any books about potty training, I didnt buy any movies on potty training and I didnt do any treat jars for potty training in the end I know Callen thrives off of praise! And that is one thing I can do over and over. He is such a BIG boy and I am so proud of you. So to celebrate 1 month accident free we headed over to Chuckie-Cheese for some good fun and to Red Lobster to see Callen's favorite Lobster's. We had a blast and sissy even played a few rounds of Callen's favorite ball game! Before leaving he was able to redeem his tickets for 4 prizes....a baseball, football and 2 lollipops. He couldnt wait to get in the car and call his Bebe and tell her all about his fun.....needless to say he even slept with his new balls he was that excited. So here is to you little dude that is 100% potty trained---Thank you for making my 1st potty training experience the best a mommy could ask for....let's just hope sissy is as easy as you were!!!

Totally Handsome Dude

Callen you are the most ADORABLE thing......love you little dude and I LOVE the fact that you picked out a "horsey" shirt to wear to church as well as the fact you are obsessed with shoes!!!

What do you do when it is HOT outside...

Ok for all of you that dont reside in this Texas heat be glad you are soooo lucky because I think yesterday was the HOTTEST day we have seen in quite sometime. We did however manage to have some fun. Callen had our 2 awesome neighbors kids over and we played outside in our new freshy disked dirt, ate lots of popcicles and even ate a yummy desert. Not to mention got lots of good play time outside over 3.5 hours. But lets be honest it made this momma HOT!!! and my precious little chunky monkey was hot as well but we made the best and what can I say my girl is a trooper. I cant wait till the day she is out there with her brother playing in the dirt.

Tickle Tickle........

Can you tell this little boy was LOVING tickles!!!!

Saturday Night Football

My girl LOVED watching football with her daddy........can you tell?

It's been rough....

It's been a rough few weeks and I am hoping that soon I start feeling more like myself just cant pin-point exactly what has me feeling soooo down. I can honestly say if it werent for these two then I dont know what I would do......Because they can bring a smile to my face at anytime. I only wish that others felt about them what I do!!! Come on who can resist either one of them...and yes they are mine but to me a kid is a kid and they are ALL irresistable!!! Such happy kids with so much to offer others if given the chance they can bring a smile to anyones face!!!

Football Friday....

Look who decided to come to town......SURPRISE!!!!
C-H-E-E-S-E----- Momma
My Big boy watching the game!

Miss Paisley Emersyn enjoying watching some football!!!!

As always we at the Hajovsky Household....LOVE us some good football. And while the game was NOTHING to write about we sure did have some F-U-N. We sat with our favorite football goers (Beverly and Jane Jane since no one else that we know attends the games) and we also had a surprise visitor (as you can tell Callen enjoyed his extra playmate). The two kiddos are just a joy to be around and such good troopers with whatever we drag them to. I cannot wait for the day we are sitting up i nte stands watching our football player (althoug he says he will just play baseball) or watching our cheerleader or even softball player (her daddy cant wait to coach girls softball! )

And because I know Bebe is missing us....

And we are defiantely missing her! I wanted to share some of this precious girls YUMMINESS..I wanted to share her kisses and Paisley's sweet words...

Sometimes my life gets a little lonely and while my kids fill it up more then anyone could know and there is a sense of calmness that takes over things- I still long for home and GOOD family and friends the ones that are HARD to find and a helping hand every now and then. Thank you to those that make my days brighter- you know who you are!!!!
